Terms of Service

• "Company" / "We": Almauqi Alnadhif Company (Clean Spot)
• "Customer" / "You": Any person or entity requesting our services
• "Service": Any cleaning service we provide (residential, commercial, furniture, water tanks, etc.)
• "Website": cleanspot.sa and all subpages

• Bookings are made via WhatsApp (0553006464), the website form, or phone
• The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information (name, address, service type, size)
• We reserve the right to refuse any request for operational reasons or for violating our terms

• Prices listed on the website start from the minimum and may vary based on actual size and condition
• The final price is agreed before service starts and confirmed via WhatsApp
• Payment is due upon completion of the service and your full satisfaction
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, Mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay
• An official payment receipt is issued after each service. (Note: The Company is not currently registered for VAT, so no tax invoices are issued.)

• We strive to honor the agreed appointment time
• If the team is delayed for any reason, we will notify you in advance with a new ETA
• Service duration varies by type and size of work — estimated before starting

• Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: Free, no fees
• Cancellation within less than 24 hours: A nominal fee may apply depending on the situation
• Cancellation after the team has arrived: 50 SAR travel fee applies
• One reschedule is free; repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation

We guarantee the quality of our work under the following terms:

• Re-clean guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the result, you must notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the agreed-upon areas free of charge, one time, within 48 hours of your notification.
• Property safety guarantee: Our team is insured. Any unintentional material damage caused during cleaning is covered by reasonable compensation.

Guarantee conditions:

• Reports must be made within 24 hours only
• The guarantee only covers the agreed scope of work
• The guarantee does not cover stains or damage that existed before the service
• The guarantee does not apply if the customer or a third party intervened after service completion

• Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time
• Move valuable or sensitive items before the team arrives
• Notify us of any sensitive materials or surfaces requiring special handling
• Provide electricity and water needed to perform the service

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for damages caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer
• We are not liable for damage to items that were disclosed as fragile or previously damaged

All content on the website (text, images, logo, design) is owned by Almauqi Alnadhif Company. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; if not possible, jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in Riyadh.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are published on this page. Continued use of the service after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
