A single visit is at least SAR 150. Subscribers get a frequency discount: 5% every 2 weeks, 7.5% weekly, 12.5% twice a week. For villas, floors and larger apartments: the full deep clean.

- Inside cabinets, walls and ceilings
- Outside windows and aluminium tracks
- Washing dishes, laundry and ironing
- Organising wardrobes and personal belongings
Service terms
- For homes that are already kept clean: if there was no deep clean in the last 3 months, the first visit is a deep clean or part of the All-in plan
- A fixed weekly day and time; reschedule at least 24 hours before the visit and we give you another slot in the same month
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or no access for the team: the visit counts as done
- If we cancel a visit (Eid holiday or team absence) we make it up in the same month or add it to the next month
- During Ramadan visits continue at Ramadan times agreed with you
- Freeze your subscription for up to 4 weeks a year (e.g. travel) with 7 days' notice
- Tasks not finished within the visit move to the next visit, or an extra hour is added with your approval: SAR 65 per cleaner for subscribers, SAR 75 for non-subscribers
- Larger-than-usual spaces are priced after inspection
Payment & cancellation
- The subscription is paid at the start of each month, before the first visit
- Cancel any time with 7 days' notice before the new month — no extra charges
- A paid month is not refunded; its remaining visits stay available until the month ends
- Ending a 6- or 12-month contract early: the term discount (3% or 5%) is charged back for the months used
- The price lock does not cover any new government taxes or fees
